about

Exploring your three jewels in the Himalaya

Explore three hidden treasures—Tsum valley, Manaslu, and Rupina La, where nature, culture, and spirituality meet. Inspired by the Buddhist philosophy of the Three Jewels—mind, body, and speech—our journeys are rooted in respect, awareness, and authenticity. As a locally youth led enterprise, we are committed to responsible and sustainable trekking environ that creates positive impact for both travelers and mountain communities. From immersive cultural encounters to pristine wilderness exploration, every trek is designed to support local livelihoods, protect fragile ecosystems, and foster genuine cultural exchange. We invite you to experience the Himalaya with mindfulness, integrity, and meaningful connection—leaving footprints of respect and coexistence while taking home lasting inspiration.

Our Story

Tsum Manaslu Trek was born from the dream and shared vision of two youths from the adjoining Tsum and Manaslu valleys. The idea took shape while exploring the pristine wilderness of Rupina La after the pandemic. Together, we believe these three valleys form a symbolic journey of awakening, cultural immersion, and realization—where the wilderness of Rupina La awakens the soul, the living culture of Tsum inspires connection, and the grandeur of Manaslu brings profound meaning.
