Sacred Tsum Valley

Destination Overview

Opened to tourism in 2008, the Tsum Valley Trek takes you into a pristine Himalayan valley nestled between the Shringhi Himal and Ganesh Himal ranges. Tsum Valley is home to the Tsumpa people, whose daily life, traditions, and resilient practices can inspire the changing world. The more than century old tradition of Shagya is one unique tradition from the valley. To learn more, read article by our founder Pema: Do No Harm
